I’m a 27-year-old female living a moderately active lifestyle, mostly getting my 10,000 steps a day, but you can definitely see that I still love my chocolate brownie cookies.
My mom put me in Ballet, Tap and Modern dance classes when I was 3 years old, and that is where my love for dancing started.
But only three years back I found my new passion, Zumba.
I give dance classes as a part-time job. And one class I’ve found all participants, young and old, enjoy the most, is Zumba class.

Why you should start doing Zumba
Zumba is so much more than dancing.
Studies have shown that if you enjoy your exercise routine, you are more likely to stick with it. I have so much fun dancing, I actually forget that I am exercising.
Zumba is also great for weight loss because you can expect to burn between 600 to 1,000 calories in an hour, depending on how demanding the class is.
